Access to Keepio

Keepio is offered on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android. The Apple versions are distributed through the App Store; their basic features are free to use without creating a Keepio account. On iPhone, the app requires iOS 26 or later. The app listing in your platform’s store specifies device compatibility and the features offered.

How the Android version works

Keepio on Android does not require an account. Your projects, tasks, subtasks, notes, preferences and Focus sessions stay on your device, without syncing between devices. Focus statistics, reminders and end-of-session notifications are also handled on the device.

Android automatic backup is disabled. Uninstalling Keepio or clearing its data may permanently delete your content, including protected notes. Keepio does not have a copy from which to recover it. Keep a separate copy of important information.

Offline use on Apple devices

Projects, tasks and subtasks, notes, tags, templates, saved resources, the internal calendar and Pomodoro remain usable offline, subject to the features included in your plan. iCloud sync, sending feedback and external content that has not loaded yet require a connection.

Sync and calendar on Apple devices

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, your data syncs automatically between devices using the same Apple Account when you allow Keepio to use iCloud. You manage access in your device settings.

The Calendar Sync setting in Keepio copies your items to Apple Calendar. It does not control data sync between devices.

Apple Intelligence

Apple Intelligence helps prepare tasks directly on your Apple device. On iPhone, iOS 26 or later is required. Your device and language must be supported, and Apple Intelligence enabled. These features can be used offline once the necessary files have been downloaded.

Suggested details may contain errors. Check dates and task content before saving. Availability depends on Apple’s technical requirements.

Keepio+ Lifetime purchase on the App Store

On the App Store, Keepio+ Lifetime gives permanent access to premium features with a single payment. The currently advertised price is €9.99. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The amount and currency shown by the App Store before confirmation apply to your purchase. To request a refund, use Apple’s refund service. Eligibility depends on applicable conditions and your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Keepio+ purchases on Android

When a Keepio+ purchase is offered on Android, the Lifetime offer is a single payment with no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Google Play.

The price, currency and included premium features are shown before purchase confirmation. To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, use Google’s refund service. Eligibility depends on applicable conditions and your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Apple Account payment and restoration provisions apply only to App Store purchases.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights to content you create in Keepio. Keepio’s own code, designs and visuals belong to their rights holder. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited use

You must not use Keepio for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt to access another person’s data or disrupt the app.

Unauthorized copying, modification and reverse engineering of the software are prohibited, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Availability and liability

Interruptions may occur, including because of device failure, unavailable connectivity or a third-party service. Keep appropriate backups of important information.

These terms do not exclude or limit applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To report a defect or request help, contact [email protected].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website, respecting the rights applicable to purchases already made.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Applicable legal rules determine which courts have jurisdiction.
