1. App Access

The app is available for download on the App Store for iOS devices. Basic features are free to use without creating an account.

2. Premium Subscription

Keepio offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Keepio Premium Monthly: Access to all premium features for one month
• Keepio Premium Yearly: Access to all premium features for one year at a discounted rate

Subscription Details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, designs, and visuals in Keepio are the exclusive property of the developer. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the app's functionality

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss due to iCloud synchronization issues or device failures
• App malfunctions, interruptions, or temporary unavailability
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
